As part of our COVID19 pandemic contingency plan and in line with Government advice, we’ve now moved to a predominantly working from home model and our office will remain closed until further notice. Please be assured that we’re working to maintain all of our core services. This means we’ll have no capability to accept inbound calls into our office for a limited period of time, however all staff are contactable by email, by mobile or through this website.
It’s clear that we’ll be living in a world of increasingly ‘virtual’ communication for an extended period of time but we’ll continue to prioritise critical requests such as withdrawing money or managing income – so please bear with us if it takes longer than expected to answer your query. It is also to be expected that the Product Providers will also be dealing with similar issues and therefore requests may be delayed.
